探析"黜浊培本"理论辨治癌瘤学术思想

摘要
贾英杰教授以中医理论为依托,结合多年临床经验积累,在前期"正气内虚,毒瘀并存"的癌瘤病机学术观点上进一步总结升华,提出"癌浊"病机新理论及"黜浊培本"治癌新法则,倡导"先证而治、截断来路""因势利导、给邪出路"以罢黜癌浊,坚持"以养正为根本,始终扶正,以益气为第一要务"的治则以培植本元.文章着重梳理"黜浊培本"理论的内涵及应用,值得借鉴.
Abstract
Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with years of clinical experience,professor JIA Yingjie further summarized and sublimated the previous academic viewpoint of cancer pathogenesis of'deficiency of vital energy and coexistence of toxic blood stasis',put forward the new cancer pathogensis theory of'cancer turbidity'and treating cancer rule of'Chuzhuo Peiben',advocated'treatment before syndrome,truncate the source','make the best use of situation and lead out way of evil'to dismiss the cancer turbidity,stuck to the rule of'cultivate the upright as fundamental,always strengthen the resistence and give the first priority of tonifying qi'to foster the roigin.This paper focuses on the connotation and application of the theory of'Chuzhuo Peiben',which is worth learning.
