摘要
文章介绍了陈永灿运用"轻可去实"理念治疗老年病经验,并附以验案两则.陈永灿认为老年人的生理特点为脏腑渐衰,阴阳渐虚,气血渐亏,老年人的病理特点为虚中夹实,兼有浊滞,浊指痰凝、饮阻、水留、湿停等水液代谢障碍,滞是气滞、血瘀、食积、寒郁、火伏等气血水谷转输障碍,提出本虚浊滞是老年病的基本病机.针对病程较长、病情复杂、病势缠绵的老年病,陈永灿以"轻可去实"为治疗大法.处方用药上,以不伤正气为度,多选用植物之花、叶、枝、皮类轻清灵动、药性平和、药效舒缓之品,疏通气血,调畅气机,以期在缓图渐进中收巩固之疗效.
Abstract
This article introduced CHEN Yongcan's experience in treating geriatric diseases with the concept of'light can remove full',with two cases attached.CHEN Yongcan believed that the physiological conditions of the elderly were the gradual declining in viscera,balance between yin and yang,qi and blood.The pathological characteristics of the elderly were identified as heavy symptoms over weak body-turbidity and stagnation.Turbidity referred to water and liquid metabolic disorders such as spittoon,dyspigesis,water retention and wet stasis.Stagnation referred to difficulties in transfer of qi,blood,food,cold,and fire inside the body.CHEN Yongcan owed the primary pathogenic factors of geriactric diseases to physical decline,turbidity and stagnation inside the body.Geriatric diseases in nature featured with complicity,and recurrence.CHEN Yongcan adopted'light can remove full'prescription,which shall bring no harm to the qi and blood.He picked flowers,leaves,branches and skins of plants with mild property and soothing effect to regulate and smooth qi and blood circulation in efforts to achieve the strengthening effect in a slow and gradual curing process.
