摘要
艾儒棣教授认为,皮类中药多有以皮达皮的特质,为配方佐使良品.辨证论治是中医的精髓,"以皮达皮"亦遵循此原则,在辨证的基础上运用皮类中药治疗顽固性皮肤瘙痒可获良效.皮类中药并非盲目堆砌,需注意药物的性味归经,以及药物间的相须相使配伍关系.收集整理艾儒棣临证常用皮类中药15种,按主要功效分为祛风散邪、清热凉血、利水渗湿、攻毒杀虫、安神解郁五大类,并总结归纳代表性皮类中药的临证使用特色和配伍经验.
Abstract
Professor AI Rudi believes that traditional Chinese medicine of skin has the characteristics of'treating the skin with bark',which is a good assistant for prescription.Treatment based on syndrome differentiation is the essence of traditional Chinese medicine,and'treating the skin with bark'also follows this principle.On the basis of syndrome differentiation,traditional Chinese medicine of skin can be used to treat intractable skin pruritus.Traditional Chinese medicine of skin is not blindly stacked.Attention should be paid to the flavor normalization and the compatibility between the drugs.Fifteen kinds of traditional Chinese medicine of skin commonly used by AI Rudi are collected and classified into five categories according to their main effects:dispelling wind and evil spirits,clearing heat and cooling blood,improving water and dampness,attacking poison and killing insects,calming spirit and relieving depression,and the characteristics and experience of the use of representative traditional Chinese medicine of skin for clinical syndrome are summarized.
