中文摘要：抗合成酶抗体综合征通常表现为肺脏、肌肉、关节等多系统受累.笔者通过总结肺间质疾病患者临床队列的中医证候特点,结合五体痹、五脏痹等中医经典理论,初步总结了本病病机为机体感受风寒湿热等邪气,邪气痹阻肌肉、筋脉、肺脏等部位,内因是气血不足不能濡养筋脉肌肉,脏腑虚损,肺气宣降失司,内外相因,发为本病.确立了内外同调、表里同治的治疗原则.针对内证,宣肺开痹,清热化湿,祛其阻遏,展布气机;针对外证,清热、祛湿、凉血、通络,使邪有出路.疾病后期以肺肾亏虚为主,治以补肾纳气平喘.

外文摘要：Anti-synthetase syndrome usually involves the lungs,muscles,joints and other systems.By summarizing the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes of the clinical cohort of patients with pulmonary interstitial disease,and combining the classic theories of TCM such as five zang-viscera bi and five body constituents bi,authors preliminarily summarized that the pathogenesis of this disease is that the wind,cold and dampness invade the body,blocking muscles,veins and lungs.The internal cause is that insufficient qi and blood fail to nourish muscles and lung.It has established the treatment principle of internal and external homology,exterior and interior treatment.Aiming at internal syndrome,it can promote the circulation of lung qi,relieve arthralgia,clear away heat and dampness.For external syndrome,it can clear away heat,remove dampness,cool blood,and unblock collaterals,so that evil can have a way out.The later stage of the disease is mainly characterized by deficiency of lung and kidney,and the treatment is to tonify the kidney and absorb qi to relieve asthma.
