张德英运用五行辨证治疗(脾实)痰证失音经验

张德英教授创新性提出"痰证"理论,发展了五行理论,并将五行理论作为治病之纲领运用于临床.张教授以痰浊为切入点,以五行思想为指导,指出喉瘖失音的主要病机为脾实生痰、痰引木亢及痰火闭金,针对其病机,从五行生克关系出发,提出生金消土、泄火平肝及开金之闭的方法,并根据五行属性分类药物,针对不同治法选择相应的药物进行治疗.笔者将张教授基于五行辨证从痰证角度治疗喉痦失音的临床经验进行总结,以飧同道.
Abstract
Professor ZHANG Deying innovatively put forward the theory of'phlegm evidence',developed the theory of the five elements,and applied the theory of the five elements as a platform for clinical treatment.ZHANG Deying took phlegm as the entry point and the five elements as the guidance,pointed out that the main pathological mechanism of laryngeal mute is the production of phlegm by the spleen,phlegm induces wood hyperactivity,and phlegm-fire closes the gold.In view of the pathological mechanism,he put forward the methods of generating gold and eliminating the earth,draining the fire to pacify the liver,and opening up the closure of the gold from the relationship between birth and death of the five elements;he classified the medicines according to the attributes of the five elements,and chose the appropriate medicines to treat the different treatments.The author summarises professor ZHANG Deying's clinical experience in treating mute laryngeal outpatient from the perspective of phlegm evidence based on the five elements,for the benefit of his colleagues.
