分期辨治儿童哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎经验

哮喘及过敏性鼻炎均属呼吸道过敏性疾病,在儿科常相伴出现,关系密切,互为影响.安效先教授采用分期辨治:急性发作期与慢性持续期均以"风痰瘀"为核心,急性发作期重在解除气道痉挛、祛风解痉平喘为先、及早控制病势,慢性持续期则需风痰瘀并治、兼通鼻窍,有效改善病情.缓解期以"虚"为核心,扶正固本实卫,巩固疗效并防止疾病反复发作.此法基于中医"肺为鼻之根,鼻为肺之窍"理论,内外同调、肺鼻同治,临床效验,值得学习借鉴.
Experience on treatment of asthma associated with allergic rhinitis in children based on syndrome differentiation by stages
Asthma and allergic rhinitis are respiratory allergic diseases,which often occur together in pediatrics,and are closely related to each other.Professor AN Xiaoxian adopts the treatment based on syndrome differentiation by stages:both the acute attack period and the chronic duration period take'wind,phlegm and blood stasis'as the core,the acute attack period focuses on relieving airway spasm,relieving wind,relieving spasm and relieving asthma,and controlling the disease situation as early as possible,while the chronic duration period requires the treatment of wind,phlegm and blood stasis,as well as nostrils,to effectively improve the condition.In the remission period,'asthenia'is the core,strengthening the health,consolidating the curative effect and preventing the recurrence of the disease.This method is based on the theory of'the lung is the root of the nose,and the nose is the orifice of the lung'in Chinese medicine.It is both internal and external,and the lung and nose are treated together.It is clinically effective and worth learning from.
