从阴火论治自身免疫病
Treatment in autoimmune disease based on yin-fire theory

摘要
自身免疫病是免疫调节系统破坏使免疫应答亢进,导致多器官不同程度损害.阴火证乃对脾胃亏虚,元气不足导致阴火内生的因虚致实证.自身免疫病与阴火证在病因病机、症状和治则均有共通之处,笔者在临床中基于阴火理论辨治自身免疫病,强调标本兼治,根据舌脉调整用药剂量,根据症状所涉脏腑经络加减用药,疗效显著.文章对其论治机制进行一一探析,并附临床案例进行说明.
Abstract
Autoimmune diseases are caused by the disruption of the immune regulatory system,which leads to an overactive immune response and then damages multiple organs with various level.The qi-deficiency in spleen and stomach leads to the production of yin-fire,so yin-fire syndrome is an excess syndrome resulted from deficiency syndrome.Autoimmune diseases and yin-fire syndrome share similarities in etiology,pathogenesis,symptoms,and treatment principles.In clinical practice,the authors differentiate and treat autoimmune diseases effectively by yin-fire theory.There are three treatment characteristics of treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,adjusting the dosage of medication according to the tongue and meridians,adding and subtracting the medication based on the related organs and meridians,and the effect is significant.This article explores the mechanism of its treatment one by one,and provides clinical cases for explanation.
