摘要
文章介绍杨介宾教授以"内外夹攻"法治疗周围性面瘫的临床经验.杨介宾教授在明辨周围性面瘫病因病机的基础上审因论治,以贯彻治血为核心思想,采取分期论治、组穴交替的治疗方式,并以和血、活血、养血为法.该法在外用毫针刺为主或联合灸、罐的基础上,在内行颊黏膜、睑结膜刺血,治疗周围性面瘫收效显著.
Abstract
This paper introduces professor YANG Jiebin's clinical experience in treating peripheral facial paralysis with'internal and external combination attack'method.On the basis of distinguishing the etiology and pathogenesis of peripheral facial paralysis,professor YANG Jiebin reviewes the causes and treates it with the core idea of implementing the treatment on blood,and adopting the method of staged treatment and alternating acupoint groups,and using the methods of harmonizing,promoting and nourishing blood.On the basis of external use of filiform needle pricking or combined with moxibustion,cupping,etc.,with internal using of pricking blood on the buccal mucosa and eyelid conjunctiva,this method can effectively treat peripheral facial paralysis.
