摘要
膀胱咳首见于《素问·咳论》,属于"六腑咳"之一.历代医家论治膀胱咳或从心肺、脾胃,或从肝肾,而从三焦论治者较少.文章旨在梳理历代医家的治疗思路,并从"三焦乃气道水道,少阳乃气机之枢"的角度探寻朱进忠教授论治膀胱咳的理论依据,结合临床分析咳嗽遗尿方的组方思路,该方功在疏利三焦,和解少阳,健运肺胃敛肾,可用于治疗少阳三焦枢机不利兼肺胃气虚的膀胱咳,以及其他气机不利及水饮代谢失常引起的疾病,是异病同治的基本方剂.
Abstract
Bladder cough is first reported in Suwen·Kelun,belonging to'six-fu cough'.Ancient physicians treat bladder cough mainly from heart and lung,the spleen and stomach,or the liver and kidney,but rarely from the Sanjiao.This paper is intended to sort out treatment ideas of ancient literature,and explore ZHU Jinzhong's theoretical basis of treating bladder cough from the perspective of'Sanjiao is the channel of air and water,Shaoyang is the hinge of air',analyzing the Cough and Enuresis Prescription by combining with clinical experiences,the prescription is available for bladder cough caused by trouble hinge and qi deficiency of lung and stomach,also for other diseases caused by by metabolic disorders of air and water,and for different disases with same method.
