摘要
近些年患者指南数量及质量均有极大提升,但在指南制订的各关键环节仍存在相应问题,影响患者指南的推广和应用.好的患者指南应被目标人群"拿得到、用得上",如此才能使目标人群真正获益.文章就目前患者指南存在的不足及中医药患者指南的难点进行简要分析并给出相应解决方案,以期为开展中医药患者指南的探索工作提供思路.
Abstract
In recent years,the quantity and quality of patient version of guidelines(PVGs)have been greatly improved,but there are still corresponding problems in the key links of guideline formulation,which affect the promotion and application of PVGs.Good PVGs should be'available and used'by the target population,so that the target population can truly benefit.In this paper,the shortcomings of the current PVGs and the difficulties of the traditional Chinese medicine patient guide are briefly analyzed and corresponding solutions are given in order to provide ideas for the exploration of the traditional Chinese medicine PVGs.
