基于"定位-定性-定方"的《辅行诀五脏用药法要》五脏补泻方治痛思路探赜

摘要
《辅行诀五脏用药法要》五脏补泻方中多个方剂主治病证中涉及到疼痛症状,治痛思路与后世有一定差异.文章依据五脏体用补泻理论、五行五味互含理论,梳理分析五脏补泻方中主治病证涉及疼痛的10方的辨证思路和组方特点,发现"定位-定性-定方"是五脏补泻方治痛的特有思路,即通过疼痛出现的部位及兼见症状,辨明病脏;通过对主证的病机分析,明确其为《辅行诀五脏用药法要》体用补泻观下的"虚病"或"实病";根据辨证结果,选择有特定组方结构的五脏补泻方,可资临床参考与借鉴.
Abstract
Series prescriptions of five zang reinforcing and reducing from Fuxingjue Wuzang Yongyao Fayao mentioned pain as its main symptom,but the idea of treating pain differs from later generations.Based on the theory of reinforcing and reducing the five zang and the theory of mutual inclusion of five elements and five flavors,this paper combs and analyzes the dialectical thinking and prescription characteristics of 10 prescriptions of five zang reinforcing and reducing involving pain.It is found that'positioning-qualitative-prescription'is unique idea to treat pain.Positioning means that it identifies the diseased zang through the location of pain and the accompanying symptoms.Qualitative means that it judges that it is the'deficiency disease'or'excess disease'that under the viewpoint of reinforcing and reducing body and function in Fuxingjue Wuzang Yongyao Fayao from the analysis of the pathogenesis.It selects the prescriptions with specific prescription structures based on the results of syndrome differentiation.The research can be used for clinical reference.
