中西医联合诊疗胰腺癌专家共识(2023年)

胰腺癌是一种高致死性的消化系统恶性肿瘤,但目前尚缺乏中西医联合诊疗共识.中国中医肿瘤防治联盟、中华中医药学会肿瘤分会、中西医联合治疗胰腺癌临床方案制定组就胰腺癌的中西医联合诊疗方案达成一致意见并形成了较为完善的诊疗体系.本共识首次对胰腺癌的中西医联合诊断、治疗、疗效评价和随访调护进行了系统推荐,为胰腺癌的诊治策略及路径选择提供参考及指导.
Expert consensus on clinical diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine(2023)
Pancreatic cancer is a highly lethal malignant tumor of the digestive system,but there is still a lack of consensus on the integrated diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.China Alliance of Cancer Prevention and Treatment of Chinese Medicine,Oncology Branch of the China Association of Chinese Medicine,Clinical Protocol Formulation Group of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for Pancreatic Cancer Treatment reached a consensus on the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment plan for pancreatic cancer and formed a relatively complete diagnosis and treatment system.This consensus presents,for the first time,recommendations for the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the diagnosis,treatment,efficacy evaluation,and follow-up care of pancreatic cancer,providing guidance and reference for the selection of treatment strategies and pathways in pancreatic cancer.
