泥丸八阵在耳眩晕中的研究现状及展望

摘要
泥丸八阵来自杵针疗法,是治疗耳眩晕的重要组穴,在既往临床中发现针刺泥丸内八阵可有效改善症状,促进前庭代偿.目前耳眩晕是高发病、多发病,严重影响患者生活质量,诊疗繁复,常涉及多个学科.泥丸八阵操作简单,安全有效,在临床运用上具有可行性和广阔发展空间.通过文献分析从泥丸八阵学术渊源、穴位特点、中医理论分析、临床疗效评价和相关机制探讨等方面进行论述.泥丸八阵对耳眩晕有良好的疗效且不拘泥于证型和病种,有助于简化临床诊疗,实现"异病同治",为研究头针组穴改善耳眩晕的内在机制提供理论依据,为相关临床和动物实验提供参考.
Abstract
Niwan Bazhen is from pestle acupuncture therapy,working as an essential group of acupoints for treating ear vertigo.In the past clinical practices,we find that acupuncturing Niwan Bazhen can effectively improve symptoms and promote vestibular compensation.At present,ear vertigo is a high incidence,frequently occurring,and seriously affects patients'quality of life.What's more,the diagnosis and treatment are complicated,often involving many disciplines.Niwan Bazhen is simple in operation,safe and effective,feasible in clinical application,and has broad space for development.Through the literature analysis,this paper discusses some aspects:academic origin,acupoint characteristics,traditional Chinese medicine theory analysis,clinical efficacy evaluation,and vestibular compensation mechanism,etc..Niwan Bazhen has a good effect on peripheral vestibular vertigo,regardless of syndrome and disease type.The therapy helps simplify clinical diagnosis and treatment.Moreover,it is beneficial to'the same treatment of different diseases'.It provides a theoretical basis for studying the internal mechanism of the head acupuncture group to improve ear vertigo and provides references for related clinical and animal experiments.
