文章整理并总结一指禅推法的生物力学参数,便于手法的数据化和规范化;整理该手法参数与疾病的量效关系,便于学习理解和临床上应用.通过检索中国知网、维普、PubMed、Web of Science等中英文数据库中有关一指禅推法操作参数的文献,整理出手法的操作参数.结果一指禅推法的手法参数主要有:肩关节外展15°～80°,肘关节屈曲90°～120°,前臂摆动13°～56°,腕关节屈曲90°～120°,拇指垂直作用力0～41 N,拇指摆动频率60～200次/min.当前,一指禅推法生物力学参数的数据化和规范化有待提高;手法力度、手法频率与疾病量效关系的文献太少,仍需大量研究以提高手法治疗的精准度与疗效.
Biomechanical parameters of pushing manipulation with one-finger meditation
To facilitate its data and standardization,the biomechanical parameters of pushing manipulation with one-finger meditation is sorted out and summarized.To study and apply it in clinic easily,the dose-effect relationship between manipulation parameters and diseases is analyzed.The literatures related to the operation parameters of pushing manipulation with one-finger meditation in Chinese databases or English databases such as CNKI,VIP,PubMed and Web of Science were retrievaled.The main parameters of the technique were neatened and summarized,the main parameters of pushing manipulation with one-finger meditation were listed:Shoulder joint abduction was between 15° and 80°,elbow flexion was between 90° and 120°,forearm swing between 13° and 56°,wrist flexion was between 90° and 120°,vertical force of thumb was between 0 and 41 N,the thumb wiggle frequency was 60～200 times/min.The datamation and standardization of biomechanical parameters of pushing manipulation with one-finger meditation need to be improved at present.There are few literatures on the dose-effect relationship between manipulation intensity,manipulation frequency and disease,and more studies are needed to improve the accuracy and efficacy of this manipulation therapy.
