摘要
抑郁症以持续情绪低落、快感缺乏、兴趣丧失为主要表现,自噬是一种细胞自我降解过程,通过将细胞内错误折叠或聚集的蛋白、受损细胞器和病原体清除回收以维持细胞内环境稳态,自噬对抑郁症具有双重调节作用,通过靶向自噬的药物治疗、物理治疗和心理治疗可显著改善抑郁症.微小RNA(miRNA)通过靶向自噬参与疾病调控.文章就抑郁症与自噬的内在联系进行综述,总结靶向自噬的抑郁症治疗研究进展,探讨miRNA对自噬的作用机制和基于miRNA/自噬轴的抑郁症治疗机制.
Abstract
Depression is a kind of mental disease characterized by persistent mood drop,anhedonia,and loss of interest.Autophagy is a cellular self-degradation process that maintains cellular homeostasis by removing and recycling misfolded or aggregated proteins,damaged organelles,and pathogens.Autophagy has a dual regulatory effect on depression,and depression can be significantly improved through drug therapy,physical therapy,and psychological therapy targeting autophagy.MicroRNA(miRNA)participates in disease regulation by targeting autophagy.This article reviews the intrinsic connection between depression and autophagy,summarizes the research progress in depression treatment targeting autophagy,and explores the mechanism of miRNA on autophagy and the mechanism of depression treatment based on the miRNA/autophagy axis.
