摘要
目的:观测干姜对大鼠胃部淋巴管泵流功能的调节作用,探讨"脾主为胃行其津液"的生理功能实质.方法:雄性SD大鼠随机分为中药高、中、低剂量组和空白对照组.运用显微录像示踪术,观测大鼠在灌胃相应剂量的干姜药液和0.9%氯化钠溶液后胃淋巴管分布及收缩情况,得到其胃淋巴管动力学参数,并通过甲酰胺法测定相关淋巴结的伊文思蓝淋巴转运指数,评价淋巴管泵流功能.结果:与空白对照组比较,3个剂量干姜组显著提高大鼠活体胃部淋巴管的收缩频率、收缩性指数和总收缩分数(P<0.05),降低伊文思蓝淋巴转运指数(P<0.05),且其效果随药液浓度升高呈现先强后弱的变化,而非简单的线性增长.结论:干姜对大鼠胃部淋巴管的收缩功能具有显著促进作用,且该功效可能存在最佳浓度范围,提示胃部淋巴管泵流可能在"脾主为胃行其津液"中发挥重要作用.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the regulating effect of Zingiberis Rhizoma on the pump flowing function of gastric lymphatic vessels,to discuss the essence of'spleen transports fluid for stomach'.Methods:Male SD rats were divided into high,medium,low dose groups and blank control group.By means of microvideo tracer,the distribution and contraction of the stomach lymphatic of rats after the administration of corresponding doses of Zingiberis Rhizoma and saline was observed,and the kinetic indexes of the stomach lymphatic and evans blue lymphatic transport index of lymphadens by formamide method was were obtained to evaluate the lymphatic pump flowing function.Results:Compared with the blank control group,three dose of Zingiberis Rhizoma significantly enhanced the contraction frequency,contractile index,total contractile fraction of stomach lymphatic vessels(P<0.05)and reduced evans blue lymphatic transport index in rats(P<0.05).The effect showed a strong first and then a weak change with the increase of the concentration of Zingiberis Rhizoma,rather than linear increase.Conclusion:Zingiberis Rhizoma can significantly promote the contractility of gastric lymphatic vessels in rats,and the effect might have an optimal concentration range which suggests that stomach lymphatic pump flowing might play an important role in'spleen transports fluid for stomach'.
