Intervention of kidney function of unilateral ureteral obstruction rats by Yishen Tongluo Formula based on proinflammatory factors
Objective:To research the effect of Yishen Tongluo Formula on the kidney function of unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO)rats from the angle of proinflammatory factors.Methods:Thirty male rats were divided into normal group,sham operation group,UUO group,Benazepril group and Yishen Tongluo Formula group,randomly,with 6 rats in each group.The normal group,sham operation group and UUO group were given 10 mL/kg deionized water every day,the Benazepril group was given Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets 1.0 mg/kg every day,the Yishen Tongluo Formula group was given 14.6 g/kg traditional Chinese medicine every day.Each group was dosed continuously for 4 weeks.The expression of IL-1β,IL-18,MCP-1,TNF-α and α1-microglobulin in serum of rats in each group could be determined by ELLSA.Urea nitrogen,uric acid,creatinine in serum and 24-hour urine protein were determined by biochemical analyzer.Results:Compared with the UUO group,the various indicators values of Yishen Tongluo Formula group decreased(P＜0.05),Yishen Tongluo Formula group showed changes in urea nitrogen,creatinine,uric acid,α1-microglobulin and 24-hour urine protein decreased more significantly compared to the Benazepril group(P＜0.05),and the improvement of MCP-1 was better than that of the Benazepril group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Tongluo Formula can relieve the proinflammatory factors,improve the renal function and delay the development process of nephropathy by down-regulate the expressions of inflammatory factors.
