"三结合"证据体系下中医理论古籍检索策略及报告体系构想初探

"中医理论、人用经验和临床证据"三结合证据体系的提出,是构建体现中药特色评价体系思维方法的重要进步.其中,中医古籍经典中的"中医理论"部分是中医临床证据体系的基石,是提出科学假设的起点和选择疗效指标的依据.文章对中医理论古籍检索策略及报告体系进行初步探索,提出中医理论古籍检索的三要素:全面、准确、清晰,即古籍检索数据库的选择要全面,相关检索术语要规范准确,理论脉络总结要完整清晰.进一步明确了中医理论检索的核心要素及检索后的报告规范,并以"糖尿病足"为例进行检索示范,以期为中药新药"三结合"证据体系中医理论部分提供标准示范.
Preliminary study of ancient book retrieval strategy and reporting system of traditional Chinese medicine theory under the'three combinations'evidence system
The proposal of the'three combinations'of evidence system combining'Chinese medicine theory,human experience and clinical evidence'is an important progress in constructing a thinking method that reflects the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Among them,the'theory of Chinese medicine'part in the ancient classics of Chinese medicine is the cornerstone of the clinical evidence system of Chinese medicine,and is the starting point for putting forward scientific hypotheses and the basis for selecting efficacy indicators.This paper makes a preliminary exploration of the retrieval strategy and reporting system of ancient books of TCM theory,and puts forward three elements of TCM theoretical ancient book retrieval:comprehensive,accurate and clear,that is,the selection of ancient book retrieval database is comprehensive,the relevant search terms should be standardized and accurate,and the theoretical context summary should be complete and clear.The core elements of TCM theory retrieval and the reporting specifications after retrieval were further clarified,and'diabetic foot'was taken as an example to conduct a search demonstration,in order to provide a standard demonstration for the'three combinations'evidence system of new TCM drugs in TCM theory.
