中药鲜用是中医用药的特色及特殊形式,贯穿于中医药起源与发展的全过程.相对于炮制品而言,鲜药所含有效成分保存更加完整、充分,在清热解表、解毒消肿、养阴通下、凉血化瘀等方面疗效更突出.但由于许多中医古籍记载混乱且缺乏临床应用的系统理论研究,尤其是鲜药理论总结的缺失,极大限制了鲜药的应用及疗效发挥.本研究以鲜酢浆草为例,通过查阅历代中医古籍、本草相关记载,并结合现代文献资料对酢浆草的名称基原、性味归经、道地产区、采收加工和炮制方法及功用主治进行系统的本草考证,并对其古今临床鲜用进行挖掘分析,为其正本清源和开展深入研究提供理论依据,以期更好地挖掘鲜酢浆草的临床应用.
Herbal research and analysis of ancient and modern clinical application of fresh oxalis corniculata
The fresh use of Chinese medicines is a characteristic and special form of Chinese medicine,which has been carried out throughout the whole process of the origin and development of Chinese medicine.Compared with the shelled products,the active ingredients contained in the fresh medicine are preserved more completely and adequately,and the therapeutic effect is more prominent in clearing heat and relieving epidermis,detoxifying and eliminating swellings,nourishing yin to pass the lower part of the body and cooling blood to remove blood stasis.However,due to the confusion and lack of systematic theoretical research on clinical application in many ancient Chinese medical books,especially the lack of theoretical summarization of fresh medicines,which greatly limits the application and therapeutic efficacy of fresh medicines.This study takes fresh oxalis corniculata as an example,through consulting the ancient Chinese medicine books and related records of the herb,and combining the modern literature on the name of oxalis corniculata,flavor and meridian,the production area,harvesting and processing and processing methods and artillery and function of the main treatment of the herb,as well as mining and analyzing the ancient and modern clinical use of oxalis corniculata,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the proper source and in-depth research,with a view to better exploring the clinical application of fresh oxalis corniculata.
