文章从北派藏医的传承历史及学术特色进行探析,认为北派藏医源发于拉堆绛地区,在学术上注重藏医药本草理论的完善及高原地区优势病种的研究、特有验方的研制.在历史的发展长河中,相继涌现了强巴·南杰扎桑《论述续注·甘露源流》、强巴·迷尼玛通瓦顿旦《本草药库》及强巴·索南益西坚参《大疏无垢光明》和隆敦·杜孜居美《藏医如意大全》等重要经典.为藏医药在西藏地区的可持续发展及在蒙古地区的传播中起到重要作用.希翼通过对北派藏医主要特色学术进行探析,以进一步推动藏医特色学派的挖掘及发展、特色验方的挖掘分析.
Discussion on the main academic characteristics of Northern Tibetan medicine
The article explores the inheritance history and academic characteristics of the Northern Tibetan medicine,suggesting that it originated in the La-staod Byang Region.In terms of academia,it focuses on the improvement of Tibetan medicine theory and the study of high-altitude endemic diseases,as well as the development of unique prescriptions.Throughout history,important classics such as BYANGBA Rnam rgyal grags bzhng's Interptretation of Explanatory Treatise·Ganlu Source and Flow,BYANGBA Mi'inyi ma mthong bha don ldan's Drug Treasure of Meteria Medica,BYANGBA Bsod nams ye shes rgyal mtshan's Principal Commentary of Explanatory Treatise,LHUNLDINGS Bdud rtsi gyur med's Fulfilling Needs of Tibetan Medicine play a crucial role in the sustainable development of Tibetan medicine in Tibet and the dissemination of Tibetan medicine in Mongolia.It hopes to further promote the excavation and development of the characteristic Tibetan medical school and the analysis of characteristic prescriptions by analyzing the main academic characteristics of the Northern Tibetan medicine.
