清代医家雷逸仙运用引药经验探析

摘要
清代医家雷逸仙,医术高明,活人甚众,其所存《逸仙医案》为其临证精华.雷逸仙对引药的使用颇为重视,296则医案之中有250则处方明确使用引药,为近十分之九.文章结合医案举例总结,介绍雷逸仙使用引药之临证经验.单味药为引较为常见,如干荷叶为引治疗飧泄、聘耳,甘蔗浆为引治疗风温、温热,鸡子黄为引治疗中风、温热劫阴,淡菜为引治疗鼻渊、痨损;亦有两味药及两味药以上同为引药,如路路通、白酒为引治疗筋痹,姜汁一匙、白蜜一瓢、杵头糠治疗噎膈等.由此可见,雷逸仙使用引药之精思与绝妙,启发当今临床遣方用药思路.
Abstract
LEI Yixian,a doctor in the Qing dynasty,was skilled in medicine and had many living people.Yixian Medical Case is the essence of his clinical diagnosis.LEI Yixian attaches great importance to the use of messenger drugs,and out of 296 medical cases,250 prescriptions explicitly use drugs,accounting for nearly nine out of ten.The article summarizes the clinical experience of LEI Yixian's use of inducing drugs through medical examples.Single herbs are commonly used for inducing diarrhea and ear swelling,such as dried lotus leaves for inducing treatment of wind and warm heat,sugarcane syrup for inducing treatment of wind and warm heat,chicken seed yellow for inducing treatment of stroke and warm heat to rob yin,light vegetables for inducing treatment of nasal cavity and tuberculosis damage.There are also two medicines and more than two medicines that are used as introductions,such as Lulutong,Baijiu,a spoonful of ginger juice,a ladle of white honey,and a pestle for burping.From this,it can be seen that LEI Yixian's use of inducing messenger drugs is ingenious,inspiring the current clinical prescription and medication ideas.
