痰瘀互结证舌象特征信息研究

目的:探讨中医常见证候痰瘀互结证的舌象信息特征参数.方法:运用中医舌脉象数字化采集分析仪采集冠心病、甲状腺结节痰瘀互结证患者及正常人的舌象信息,提取并比较舌象特征参数.结果:甲状腺结节组舌质、舌苔的R、G、B、V值均显著大于冠心病组(P＜0.01),而S值显著小于冠心病组(P＜0.01).甲状腺结节组舌质、舌苔的R、G、B、V值均显著大于正常人组(P＜0.01).冠心病组舌质R、G、B、V值均显著小于正常人组(P＜0.01,P＜0.05),H值显著大于正常人组(P＜0.01);冠心病组舌苔H、V、S值大于正常人组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论:舌象特征信息在不同疾病的相同证候中存在一定的差异,因此舌诊客观化参数可为常见中医证候类型的分类研究提供一定客观依据.
Study on the characteristic information of tongue image of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome
Objective:To explore the characteristic parameters of tongue image information in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis.Methods:Tongue information of patients with coronary heart disease,thyroid nodules with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and normal people were collected by TCM pulse digital collection analyzer,tongue feature parameters were extracted,and its tongue characteristics were analysised.Results:The R,G,B,and V values of tongue and tongue coating in the thyroid nodule group were significantly higher than those in the coronary heart disease group(P＜0.01),while the S value was lower than that in the coronary heart disease group(P＜0.01).The R,G,B,and V values of tongue and tongue coating in the thyroid nodule group were significantly higher than those in the normal group(P＜0.01).The R,G,B,and V values of tongue in the coronary heart disease group were significantly lower than those in the normal group(P＜0.01,P＜0.05),and the H value was significantly higher than those in the normal group(P＜0.01).The H,V,and S values of tongue coating in the coronary heart disease group were higher than those in the normal group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Conclusion:There are certain differences in the characteristic information of tongue images in the same syndromes of different diseases.It can be seen that the objective parameters of tongue diagnosis can provide an objective basis for the classification of common TCM syndrome types.
