探讨子午流注与DNA甲基化节律在冠心病时空发生发展中的作用

摘要
子午流注理论以"天人相应"的整体观念为核心,强调因人而异、因时制宜,体现了古代原始的时间医学理念,其悠长的应用历史也充分体现其理论的合理性.DNA甲基化作为新兴的表观遗传学研究方向之一,在解释复杂的疾病病理机制方面具有独特的优势,其节律特点也为子午流注的客观性提供了佐证.冠心病因逐年增长的发病率与病死率受到广泛关注,其复杂多样的病机是人们急需攻克的难关.文章以子午流注及DNA甲基化节律为切入点,从宏观及微观角度探讨冠心病时空发生发展中的节律性改变,寻找冠心病的时空发病机制,为未来精准治疗冠心病提供新的理论依据.
Abstract
Focuses on the holistic view of'correspondence between human beings and nature',the midnight-noon ebb-flow theory emphasizes that treatment should be tailored to different people and times which embodies the ancient primitive concept of time medicine.And the long history of application fully reflects the rationality of its theory.As one of emerging epigenetic research in recent years,DNA methylation has unique advantages in explaining the complex pathological mechanism of diseases whose rhythm also provides evidence for the objectivity of the midnight-noon ebb-flow.The increasing incidence and mortality of coronary heart disease(CHD)causes has attracted widespread attention,and its complex and diverse pathogenesis is a difficult problem that people urgently need to overcome.Taking the midnight-noon ebb-flow theory and DNA methylation rhythm as the starting point,this paper discusses the rhythmic changes in the spatiotemporal development of CHD from macro and micro perspectives,and seeks the spatiotemporal pathogenesis of CHD,which provides a new theoretical basis for the precise treatment of CHD in the future.
