摘要
针刺麻醉为不适宜使用麻醉药物的患者提供了一种低风险、微创、非药物的选择.随着科技进步、循证医学兴起,针刺麻醉从术中应用扩展到了整个围术期的应用与实践,该领域研究也迎来发展转型的契机.然而,针刺麻醉的实践体系欠规范、传承方式滞后、研究质量不精等问题成为阻碍其国际化的挑战.笔者通过梳理当前的发展现状、面临的困境和潜在的机遇,进行反思,提出了规范研究体系、加强学术交流、重视人才培养、加大信息化宣传策略.希望能够为加快针刺麻醉国际化、科学化发展提供参考,对推动针灸学和传统中医的整体进步起到积极作用,进而更好地为人类的健康事业做出贡献.
Abstract
Acupuncture anesthesia offers a low-risk,minimally invasive,non-pharmacological option for patients who are unsuitable for anesthetic drugs.As technology advances and evidence-based medicine flourishes,the application of acupuncture anesthesia has expanded from intraoperative use to encompass the entire perioperative period,offering a pivotal opportunity for transformative research in the field.However,the internationalization of acupuncture anesthesia faces challenges due to its unstandardized practice system,outdated transmission methods,and poor research quality.We meticulously examine the current state of development,challenges faced,and potential opportunities,then introspectively proposes strategies.These include standardizing the research framework,strengthening academic exchanges,emphasizing talent development,and amplifying information dissemination.The aim is to facilitate the accelerated international and scientific development of acupuncture anesthesia,positively influencing the overall advancement of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine and more effectively contributing to the health of mankind.
