摘要
国家高度重视中医药标准化的发展,中医药标准化对中医药发展有重要意义.已经发布的中医药地方标准涵盖了各地中医药医疗、保健、科研、教育、产业、文化各领域,是对中医药标准体系的重要补充,也为推动地方中医药事业发展起到了积极作用.但中医药地方标准的发展也存在各省市发展不均衡、体系尚不成熟以及中医药地方标准间的分类模糊、命名不严谨等问题.未来应注重加强中医药地方标准顶层设计,探索构建中医药地方标准体系,深化地方标准制修订方法学研究,并加强中医药地方标准的解读与宣贯推广工作.
Abstract
The country attaches great importance to the development of standardization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),which is of great significance to the development of TCM.The local standards for TCM that have been released cover various fields such as medical treatment,healthcare,scientific research,education,industry,and culture in different regions.They are an important supplement to the TCM standard system and have played a positive role in promoting the development of local TCM industry.However,there are also problems with the development of local standards for TCM,such as uneven development among provinces and cities,immature systems,vague classification and imprecise naming among local standards for TCM.In the future,attention should be paid to strengthening the top-level design of local standards for TCM,exploring the construction of a local standard system for TCM,deepening the research on the methodology of local standard formulation and revision,and strengthening the interpretation and promotion of local standards for TCM.
