摘要
中医优势病种评价是促进中医药传承创新发展、发挥中西医协同诊疗优势的重要手段,但目前其相关概念及评价方法仍不明确.文章就前期肝胆病优势病种评价工作基础,围绕中医优势病种内涵、优势定位、优势作用、评估要素、优势证据内容及评价方法、流程等方面进行了综合阐述,以期进一步规范中医优势病种评价流程.
Abstract
The effective evaluation of the dominant diseases in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is an essential approach to promote the development of TCM inheritance and innovation,as well as to take advantages of combined diagnosis and treatment between TCM and western medicine.However,nowadays,its concept and research methods are still unclear,relatively.This paper provides a comprehensive description of the connotation,advantageous positioning and advantageous effects of the dominant disease in TCM,based on the previous team work,where we carry out an evaluation of the dominant disease in the field of hepatobiliary disease.In addition,we also analyze the key elements,content,and methods in the evidence evaluation.Thereby,we hope to provide further standardization and methods for the evaluation process of TCM dominant diseases.
