摘要
《黄帝内经》言:"节之交,三百六十五会,知其要者,一言而终,不知其要,流散无穷,所言节者神气之所游行出入也,非皮肉筋骨也".后世对"节""交""会"的认识有失原义,不利于学者对穴位的认识及临床对针灸调气的重视.以经释经,结合后世文献,认为穴位包含结构和功能两重概念,而"节""交""会"是构成穴位的结构基础,不赋有穴位的功能,故不等同于穴位,但可作为定取穴位的标志.而"神气"是区别节之交会与穴的关键.气是穴位的重要组成要素,是针灸气至的前提条件,提出气的改变是节交会病理变化的基本病机,治宜索节调气.
Abstract
Huangdi Neijing recorded:'The jie of the jiao,365 hui,know its important,a word and the end,do not know its important,the flow of infinite,the section of the said the spirit of the march in and out,not flesh and tendons also'.The latter's understanding of'jie','jiao'and'hui'has lost its original meaning,which is not conducive to the scholars'understanding of acupuncture points and the clinical importance of acupuncture and moxibustion in regulating qi.In the light of the scriptures and later literature,the concept of'jie','jiao'and'hui'are the structural basis of acupuncture points and do not have the common function of acupuncture points.They are not the same as acupuncture points,but can be used as a marker for determining acupuncture points.The key to distinguishing the joints from the points is'Shen qi'.Qi is an important component of acupuncture points and is a prerequisite for acupuncture and moxibustion.It is suggested that the change of qi is the basic pathological mechanism for the pathological changes of the junction,and that it is appropriate to regulate qi at the jie.
