"津液链"理论在《伤寒论》中的应用探析

摘要
"津液链"是指人体各类津液之间具有相互连接、相互转化的链性关系,这一概念是对人体津液系统整体性的高度概括.张仲景在《伤寒论》中注重分析人体各类津液之间的相关性,并将其灵活、巧妙地贯穿于辨证论治的全过程之中.文章运用文献整理与理论探讨相结合的方法,从指导疾病诊断、判断治疗宜忌、推测疾病传变、启发治疗思路4个角度对津液链理论在《伤寒论》疾病辨治中的应用进行初步阐述,以期对中医津液理论发展与仲景学说的研用提供一定的启发与借鉴.
Abstract
Body fluid chain refers to the chain relationship between various body fluids,which is connected and transformed with each other.This concept is a high generalization of the integrity of the body fluid system.In Shanghan Lun,ZHANG Zhongjing focused on analyzing the correlation between various body fluids,and flexibly and skillfully applied the body fluid chain theory to the whole process of syndrome differentiation and treatment.In this paper,the application of body fluid chain theory in the differentiation and treatment of diseases in Shanghan Lun is preliminarily expounded from the four perspectives of guiding disease diagnosis,judging treatment suitability and taboos,speculating disease changes,and enlightening treatment ideas by using the method of literature collation and theoretical discussion,with a view to providing some inspiration and reference for the development of body fluid theory in traditional Chinese medicine and the research and application of Zhongjing theory.
