《金匮要略》黄芪用量考证及其量效关系探讨

黄芪是现代中医临床常用的补气药,其扶正祛邪之效最早可追溯至汉代.文章通过对《金匮要略》吴迁本与邓珍本方剂中黄芪用量的文献考证,提出其量效关系:在《金匮要略》7首含有黄芪的方剂中共有两种用量.用量为三两时主治无形邪气,主要发挥入里补虚、助阳开郁的功效;用量为五两时主治有形实邪,主要发挥走表驱邪、温阳实卫的功效.提示应充分重视《金匮要略》吴迁本的研究与使用;对于经方用量,应充分利用版本、他书异文等做好文献考证,为中医临床提供指导.
Abstract
Astragali Radix is a commonly used tonifying medicine in modern Chinese medicine clinical practice,and its effect of strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor can be traced back to the Han dynasty.This article conducts literature research on the dosage of Astragali Radix in the prescriptions of WU Qian's edition and DENG Zhen's edition in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,and proposes its dose-effect relationship.There are two dosages in the seven prescriptions containing Astragali Radix in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.When the dosage is three liang,it is mainly used to treat intangible pathogenic qi,mainly exerting the effects of nourishing deficiency in the interior and assisting yang energy to open depression;When the dosage is five liang,it is mainly used to treat tangible excessive pathogen,mainly exerting the effects of removing external pathogens and warming yang for strengthening health.Reminder:Full attention should be paid to the research and use of the WU Qian's edition of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber;For the dosage of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,it is necessary to make full use of versions,other book variations,etc.to conduct literature research and provide guidance for clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine.
