以象思维建立"体象"临床思维模式探讨

摘要
中医学是一门以象思维为基础的生命科学,其通过取象比类的基本认知方法观察、分析、类比人体与自然界的各种现象,概括人体生命的本质和规律.体质反映了人体的固有特质和个性特征,贯穿于健康和疾病过程之中,是人体之"象"的根本及直观体现.借用象思维之集大成者《周易》的八卦三爻模型,笔者提出新的"体象"临床思维模式,将八卦三爻自上而下代表的"天-地-人"三才重新定义为"表-中焦-体质"3个层次对个体进行分型诊断,以探索一种新的"体象"临床思维来简化和提高临床诊疗效率.
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is a life science based on the principle of Xiang thinking.It uses the basic cognitive method of analogy to observe,analyze,and compare various phenomena in the human body and nature,summarizing the essence and laws of human life.The constitution reflects the inherent characteristics and individual features of the human body,running through the processes of health and disease,and is the fundamental and intuitive manifestation of the'Xiang'of the human body.Drawing on the culmination of Xiang thinking,the'Zhouyi'eight trigrams three-line model,we propose a new'constitutional-symbolic'clinical thinking pattern.The'heaven-earth-man'triad represented by the three lines of the eight trigrams from top to bottom is redefined as the'surface-middle burner-constitution'three levels for individual typing diagnosis.This is to explore a new'constitutional-symbolic'clinical thinking pattern to simplify and improve clinical diagnosis and treatment efficiency.
