摘要
"皮脉肉筋骨"作为《黄帝内经》中提出的形体五体,与五脏、五脏脉、疾病传变、相关病证等密切相关,既是人体功能的生理基础,也是诊断邪气所在部位的重要参考依据,基于此形成的"皮脉肉筋骨"五体靶位理论,可用于指导诊断五体病症.临床上在"皮脉肉筋骨"五体靶位理论的指导下,有助于把疾病的五体深浅层次和疾病不同阶段联系起来,深化对疾病时间和空间靶位上的认识,从而细化对五体(五脏)疾病的认识.从"皮脉肉筋骨"靶位认识药物和方剂,有助于细化对药物和方剂的认识.
Abstract
As a five-body form proposed in Huangdi Neijing,'skin,blood vessel,flesh,tendons and bones'is closely related to the five Zang organs,five Zang blood vessel,disease transmission and related disease syndromes.It is not only the physiological basis of human function,but also an important reference for the diagnosis of the location of evil spirits.Based on this,the'skin,blood vessel,flesh,tendons andbones'five-body target theory can be used to guide the diagnosis of five-body diseases.Clinically,under the guidance of the five-body target theory of'skin,blood vessel,flesh,tendons and bones',it is helpful to connect the depth and level of the five bodies of disease with different stages of the disease,deepen the understanding of the time and space target of the disease,so as to refine the understanding of the five-body(five Zang organs)disease.It is helpful to refine the understanding of drugs and prescriptions from the target position of'skin,blood vessel,flesh,tendons and bones'.
