试述《千金方》梦证论治特点

摘要
孙思邈继承了《黄帝内经》的梦学理论,其《千金方》具体论述了梦证的论治特点.孙思邈所著的《备急千金要方》与《千金翼方》中与"梦"相关的论述颇多,从梦境、方药、诊治3个方面阐述梦证.孙思邈《千金方》论治梦证的特色鲜明,其认为梦境的产生和分类不离阴阳五行的虚实变化,在方药上重视同病异治,诊治上强调梦诊,善用六字诀调气疗梦,拓宽了梦证的诊疗思路.
Abstract
SUN Simiao inherited study of dreams's theory from Huangdi Neijing,and his Qian Jin Fang specifically discussed the treatment characteristics of dream syndrome.There were many discussions about'dream'in SUN Simiao's Prepare for a Urgent Thousand-Daughter Prescription and Thousand-Daughter Wing Prescription.This paper expounded dream syndrome from three aspects:dream,prescription and medicine,diagnosis and treatment.SUN Simiao's Qian Jin Fang had distinct characteristics in treating dream syndrome.He thought that the generation and classification of dreams were inseparable from the changes of deficiency and excess of yin and yang and five elements.He attached importance to the treatment of the same disease in prescription and medicine,emphasized dream diagnosis in diagnosis and treatment,and made good use of six-character formula to regulate qi to treat dreams,which broadened the idea of diagnosis and treatment of dream syndrome.
