国医大师丁樱临证治疗过敏性紫癜(皮肤型)思路管窥

摘要
过敏性紫癜以皮肤型多见,且易反复发作,治疗较为棘手.国医大师丁樱教授认为,对于本病而言,所见部位既是皮肤,则属脾肺;所见疾患既是斑、点,则属血分,即与卫气营血及心肝肾相关,今以丁教授临证三则验案,揣其思路,认为过敏性紫癜(皮肤型)主要有3种证候,临证从以下3个阶段论治,初发而见风热伤络者,以银翘散加凉血化瘀止血之品;猝发而见血热妄行者,以犀角地黄汤加化瘀养血之药;久发或反复发作而见阴虚血热者,创清热止血颗粒,三方虽证候不同,亦有相兼者,随证变法,可合而用之.
Abstract
Allergic purpura is more common in the skin type,and it is easy to recur,and the treatment is more difficult.Professor DING Ying,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,believes that for this disease,the part seen is not only the skin,but also the spleen and lungs;The diseases seen are both spots and spots,but they belong to blood,that is,related to Wei qi ying blood and heart,liver and kidney,and now the three cases are verified,and the idea is that there are three main symptoms of allergic purpura(skin type),and the clinical evidence is treated from the following three stages,and those who first see wind and heat injuries collateral channels,with Yinqiao Powder to cool blood stasis and hemostasis;Those who suddenly see blood fever and delirium,use Xijiao Dihuang Decoction to add medicine to dissolve blood stasis;Long-term or recurrent attacks and seeing yin deficiency and blood fever,create clear heat hemostatic Granule,although the three parties have different symptoms,there are also combined,with the evidence change method,can be used together.
