Cervical spondylosis is a kind of frequent and common disease,the incidence is increasing year by year,showing a trend of younger age.At present,western medicine treatment includes surgery,traction,drugs,etc.,but it can not cure the disease,and the recurrence rate is high.The author learned from TCM mater LI Diangui,that turbid toxin can cause serious damage to the viscera and meridians of the human body.Although the occurrence and development of cervical spondylosis is closely related to the degeneration of the cervical disc and the structural changes of the surrounding tissues,professor LI Diangui believes that its core pathogenesis lies in the accumulation of turbid toxin.In the clinical treatment,professor LI Diangui takes removing turbid toxin as the main method of treatment,and according to the patient's symptoms and signs,combines the treatment methods of invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness,moving qi and activating blood circulation,and nourishing liver and kidney,and so on,and has achieved a better effect.This article discusses the treatment of cervical spondylosis from the perspective of turbid toxin,in order to provide a new idea for the treatment of cervical spondylosis based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation.
