国医大师禤国维运用重镇药治疗皮肤病经验

摘要
重镇药是中药的重要组成部分,在临床中具有广泛的应用,榻国维教授善于运用重镇药治疗皮肤病,并熟知其药理作用,其对重镇药的创新使用和探索,拓宽了重镇药的使用范围,为临证运用重镇药治疗皮肤病提供了切实可靠的经验.文章简要介绍了重镇药的源流,并通过分析牡蛎、珍珠母、龙骨、龙齿、石决明、磁石、石膏等常见重镇药的性味归经、功用特点、配伍应用、药理研究等方面的特色,总结禤国维教授运用重镇药治疗皮肤病的经验,并介绍医案1则.
Abstract
The Zhongzhen medicine is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine and widely used in clinical practice.Professor XUAN Guowei is adept at using Zhongzhen medicine in the treatment of dermatological diseases and is well acquainted with their pharmacological effects.His innovative use and exploration of Zhongzhen medicine broadened the scope of use of Zhongzhen medicine,providing practical and reliable experience for clinical application of Zhongzhen medicine to treat skin diseases.This paper briefly introduced the origin and history of the Zhongzhen medicine,and analyzed the characteristics of natures,flavors and meridian tropism,function,compatibility and pharmacological research of the common Zhongzhen medicine such as oysters,concha margaritiferallsta,keel,dens draconis,haliotidis concha,magnet and gypsum fibrosum,summarizing professor XUAN Guowei's experience in using the Zhongzhen medicine to treat skin diseases,and introducing a medical case from professor XUAN.
