摘要
皮肤溃疡是临床诸多疾病的常见并发症之一,2周以上未愈者称为慢性皮肤溃疡,其治疗是医学领域的棘手难题.中医药治疗慢性皮肤溃疡有显著优势,川派皮科名老中医治疗慢性皮肤溃疡有丰富的经验,认为慢性皮肤溃疡多为本虚标实之证,"毒、腐、瘀、虚"是其基本病机,提出扶正祛邪、首重脾胃、分期论治、内外同治、中西合治等治疗原则,强调贵在坚持,方见成效.文章总结川派皮科名老中医治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的临证经验.
Abstract
Skin ulcer is one of the common complications of many clinical diseases and that doesn't heal for more than 2 weeks is called chronic skin ulcer.Its treatment is always a thorny problem in the medical field.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has significant advantages in treating chronic skin ulcers.The dermatology famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors of Sichuan school famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors of Sichuan school is one of the important academic schools of TCM dermatology.It believes that chronic skin ulcers are mostly syndromes of deficiency of origin and deficiency of substance,and'toxicity,rot,stasis and deficiency'are its basic pathogenesis and puts forward the treatment principles of replenishing vital energy and expelling pathogens,first strengthening spleen and stomach,stage treatment,internal and external treatment,combined treatment of Chinese and the Western medicine,and so on.Schools also emphasize the importance of persistence.This paper summarizes the clinical experience of dermatology famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors of Sichuan school in treating chronic skin ulcer.
