Discussion on the idea of postoperative treatment of gastric cancer from'stasis-toxin-stagnation'
Gastric cancer is one of the most common cancers in China,which belongs to the category of'choking diaphragm,epigastric pain,regurgitation,heart amassment,zhengjia amassment and accumulation'in traditional Chinese medicine.There is no consensus on the treatment strategy of postoperative patients with gastric cancer.Based on the theoretical origin of the etiology and pathogenesis of'stasis','toxin'and'stagnation'of gastric cancer,combined with the characteristics of modern postoperative gastric cancer,professor ZHANG Guangji innovatively proposes the key pathogenesis of'stasis-toxin-stagnation',which is mainly based on removing blood stasis and detoxification,promoting qi and relieving stagnation,and strengthening the body resistance,supplemented by the concept of health preservation under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,and flexibly formulates personalized treatment plans.It has achieved good curative effect in improving gastrointestinal symptoms,sleep problems and quality of life of patients with gastric cancer after operation.This paper aims to provide reference for the treatment of patients with gastric cancer after operation.
