伤寒钤法特色诊疗法及临床运用举隅

摘要
伤寒钤法特色诊疗法近现代主要由泰山地区几代中医人进行了梳理与挖掘,2023年获批为山东省泰安市传统医药类别非物质文化遗产,其诊疗疾病方法是通过一套推演法则,如根据患者出生年干支和发病日干支来推求病位病性,得出病-证-方,然后再参合望闻问切进行选方加减用药.临床实践表明钤法诊疗推演体系具有诊断疾病精准、处方用药简单、疗效显著、疗程短等优点.因此,伤寒钤法推演体系方法可行,具有可重复性,可操作性,值得我们挖掘、传承并推广.
Abstract
The characteristic diagnosis and treatment method of Shang Han Qian Fa is mainly excavation and collation by several generations of Chinese medicine doctors in Tai Shan in modern and contemporary times.In 2023,it was approved as the category of traditional medicine of an intangible cultural heritage in Tai'an City,Shandong Province.Its diagnosis and treatment methods for diseases are based on a set of deduction rules.For example,it infers the location and nature of the disease based on the patient's birth year and onset date of the disease,and obtains the disease syndrome formula,and then combines observation,auscultation,inquiry,and pulse palpation to select the appropriate prescription and add or subtract herbs.The clinical practice has shown that Shang Han Qian Fa has advantages such as accurate diagnosis,small quantity of medication prescription,significant therapeutic effects,and short treatment courses.Therefore,the method of Shang Han Qian Fa is feasible,repeatable,and operable,which is worth exploring,inheriting,and promoting.
