摘要
源于南少林的林氏骨伤疗法,迄今已有100余年历史,是我国近代十大骨伤流派之一.林氏骨伤疗法的鼻祖是骨伤名医林达年,林氏中医骨科对骨折、筋伤等骨伤疾病的诊治有着独到之处,对骨折的手法复位、夹板固定、秘验方内外治及练功康复等治疗手段已形成完善的理论体系.林氏骨伤疗法特有的正骨手法,如触摸、拨伸、持牵、按压、提托等,已入选为第三批国家级非物质文化遗产.文章将对林氏骨伤疗法的起源、学术体系、临床应用及改进进行简述.
Abstract
LINs'bone injury therapy,which originates from Southern Shaolin,has a history of more than 100 years,and it is one of the ten schools of bone injury in modem times of our country.The originator of LINs'bone injury therapy is LIN Danian,a famous doctor of bone injury who is famous in Fujian province.LINs'department of traditional Chinese orthopedics has unique advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of bone injury diseases such as fracture and tendon injury,and has formed a perfect theoretical system for the treatment of fracture,such as manual reduction,splint fixation,internal and external treatment of secret and proven prescriptions,and exercise and rehabilitation.The unique bone-setting techniques of LINs'bone injury therapy,such as touching,stretching,holding,pressing,and Tito,have been selected as the third batch of national intangible cultural heritage.This article will briefly describe the origin,academic system,clinical application and improvement of LINs'bone injury therapy.
