摘要
因小儿具有"脏腑娇嫩""易虚易实,易寒易热"的生理病理特点,董氏儿科以"推理论病,推理论治"学术思想为指导,制定小儿膏方考虑周全,具体分析,辨证施膏,立法力求平稳.文章介绍董氏儿科运用膏方调治小儿厌食验案5则,强调辨证当与辨体、辨病相结合,选方用药须切合小儿生理病理之特点,临床疗效显见而稳定.
Abstract
Due to the physiological and pathological characteristics of'delicate organs'and'easy to deficiency and excess,easy to cold and heat'in children,DONGs'pediatrics takes the academic concept of'reasoning based on disease and reasoning based on treatment'as guidance to develop a comprehensive formula for children's ointment,analyze it in detail,apply ointment based on syndrome differentiation,and strive for stability.This article introduces 5 cases of DONGs'pediatric use of ointment formulas to treat anorexia in children,emphasizing the combination of syndrome differentiation with body and disease differentiation.The selection of prescriptions and medication must be in line with the physiological and pathological characteristics of children.The clinical efficacy is obvious and stable.
