摘要
马融教授根据小儿抽动障碍的部位与症状,司外揣内,探究内在病机,以五脏为关键,以病因为主线,巧妙地将病因辨证与脏腑辨证相结合,形成了以"肝为核心,三焦分治"的辨治思路:上焦治风,中焦治痰,下焦治虚,从理论依据与临证方药两方面阐释小儿抽动障碍的三焦分治法.
Abstract
According to the location and symptoms of children's tic disorder,professor MA Rong explored the internal pathogenesis.Taking the five zang organs as the key and the etiology as the main line,he skillfully combined the zang-fu syndrome differentiation with the etiology and syndrome differentiation to form a'liver as the core,triple energizer and separate treatment'.As the core,the theory of differentiation and treatment of the triple energizers:upper energizer for wind,middle energizer for phlegm,and lower energizer for deficiency.The theory and clinical prescription of the triple energizers for children's tic disorder are explained from two aspects.
