摘要
女性外阴硬化性苔藓是一种反复发作的慢性炎症性疾病,以外阴瘙痒为主要症状,本病的发病机制未明确,具有诊断容易而治疗困难的特点,为妇科疑难病.王小云教授根据多年的临证经验,针对本病提倡"内外同治,标本兼顾""心身同治",用药轻灵精炼,辨证善抓主要矛盾,内外同治,中西联合,采用多种综合疗法辨证施治,疗效显著.文章总结王小云教授的临证心得,以飨同道.
Abstract
Vulvar lichen sclerosus is a recurrent and chronic inflammatory disease,with vulvar pruritus as the main symptom.Since the pathogenesis remains obscure,this disease is a gynecological stubborn disease with features of easy diagnosis and difficult treatment.Based on many years of clinical experience,professor WANG Xiaoyun advocates'combination of external and internal therapy,superficial and radical treatment','psychosomatic therapy'for this disease.The medication is light,flexible and concise.She is adept in grasping major contradictions,treating both inside and outside,combining Chinese and Western medicine when taking syndrome differentiation.She adopts a variety of comprehensive therapies to treat them based on syndrome differentiation,and the curative effect is immediate.This paper summarized professor WANG Xiaoyun's clinical experience for the benefit of doctors.
