花宝金从瘀毒论治癌性疼痛经验

摘要
癌性疼痛是造成癌症后期患者主要痛苦的原因之一,严重影响生活质量.花宝金教授指出,癌毒既不同于一般的痰、瘀等病理产物,是癌性疼痛的主要原因;癌毒易入络生瘀,形成"瘀毒互结",是癌性疼痛的主要病机,贯穿于癌性疼痛发生发展始终.临床从瘀毒论治癌性疼痛取得较好疗效,治疗中贯彻整体辨证,谨守病机,顾护正气,局部辨病,立化瘀通络、抗癌解毒之法,分期而论,各有侧重,为临床治疗癌性疼痛提供借鉴和思路.
Abstract
Cancer pain is one of the main causes of suffering for patients in the late stages of cancer and seriously affects the quality of life.Professor HUA Baojin pointed out that cancer toxicity is different from both general pathological products such as phlegm and stasis,which are the main causes of cancer pain.Cancer toxins can easily enter the ligaments and generate stasis,resulting in'mutual stasis and toxins',which is the main pathogenesis of cancer pain and runs through the development of cancer pain.The clinical treatment of cancer pain is based on the theory of stasis and toxicity,which has achieved good efficacy.In the treatment,we implement the overall diagnosis,observe the disease mechanism,take care of the righteousness,and locally identify the disease,and establish the method of resolving stasis and detoxifying the ligaments and anti-cancer.
