摘要
总结彭清华教授从肝脾论治细菌性角膜炎的临证经验.将细菌性角膜炎分为肝经风热型、肝经湿热型、脾虚气弱型、气血不足型进行辨证施治.在治疗用药方面,将明目退翳药贯穿始终,最常使用清肝泻火药,其次是疏散风热药、清热利湿药、补益脾气药和益气养血药.善用新制柴连汤、龙胆泻肝汤、益气聪明汤、八珍汤配合明目退翳药加减治疗,倡导整体观念.
Abstract
To summarize PENG Qinghua's experience in treating bacterial keratitis from liver and spleen.Bacterial keratitis is divided into liver wind-heat type,liver damp-heat type,spleen qi deficiency and qi and blood deficiency type for syndrome differentiation.In terms of therapeutic drugs,drugs to removing nebula to improve vision are used thoroughly,and the most commonly used drugs for clearing liver and purging fire followed by drugs for dispelling wind and heat,clearing heat and dampness,nourishing spleen qi and nourishing qi and blood.Xinzhi Chailian Decoction,Longdan Xiegan Decoction,Yiqi Congming Decoction,Bazhen Decoction with removing nebula to improve vision drugs are using continually,and advocate holism concept.
