基于"三位一体"诊疗模式论治糖尿病合并高血压病经验
Experience on the treatment of diabete mellitus with hypertension based on'trinity'mode of diagnosis and treatment

摘要
糖尿病合并高血压病是糖尿病常见的并发症之一,首都名中医赵进喜教授长期从事内分泌疾病的临床工作,在研究《黄帝内经》《伤寒论》的相关理论基础上,提出"三阴三阳体质学说",创建了辨体质、辨病、辨证"三位一体"的诊疗模式.赵进喜教授临床治疗中发现糖尿病合并高血压病的患者多见于厥阴体质之人,常因热伤气阴致肝失调达、肝火伤阴,或年老体虚,阴虚阳亢、虚阳浮越所致.治疗中根据患者的不同体质辨证选方用药,常选用经验方平肝定眩方、驯龙定眩汤加减进行治疗.
Abstract
Diabete mellitus with hypertension is one of the common complications of diabetes.Professor ZHAO Jinxi,a famous Chinese medicine practitioner in the capital,has long been engaged in the clinical work of endocrine diseases,and has proposed the'three yin and three yang constitution theory'on the basis of the relevant theories of Huangdi Neijing and Shanghan Lun,creating a'trinity'model of diagnosis and treatment based on distinguishing constitution,disease and differentiation.Professor ZHAO Jinxi found in his clinical treatment that patients with diabetes mellitus with hypertension are more common in people with Jueyin constitution,often caused by liver dysregulation and liver-fire injuring yin,which were results of heat injuring yin,or old age and physical weakness,yin deficiency and yang excess as well as deficient yang with upper manifestation.In the treatment,according to the patient's different physical constitutions,the prescription is selected,and the empirical formulas:Calming the Liver and Stabilizing Dizziness Formula,Taming the Dragon and Stabilizing Dizziness Decoction,are often used flexibly.
