衡先培论治甲状腺功能亢进症临床经验

摘要
现代医学治疗甲状腺功能亢进症主要采用抗甲状腺药物、放射、手术的治疗方式,把焦点放在甲状腺局部,总体效果不尽人意.衡先培教授基于多年的临证经验,提出甲状腺功能亢症形与神俱的病因观、心肝同病的病机观,及天人合一的治疗思路.创二主五辅辨治法,临床分为心肝火旺、心肝阴虚两个主要证型,并结合心神不宁、肝气郁滞、气郁生热、瘀滞生热、筋络痹阻5个次要证型进行辨证论治,临床疗效显著.文章结合临床病案介绍衡教授上述诊治甲状腺功能亢症的学术思想.
Abstract
Modern medicine mainly uses antithyroid drugs,radiation,and surgery to treat hyperthyroidism,focusing on the local thyroid gland,but the overall effect is not satisfactory.Based on many years of clinical experience,professor HENG Xianpei proposed the etiology of hyperthyroidism that involves both physical and mental aspects,the pathogenesis of co-occurring heart and liver disease,and the therapeutic approach based on the concept of the unity of heaven and man.The creation of a dual-primary and five-auxiliary treatment method,clinically divided into two main syndrome types:Heart and liver fire exuberance and heart and liver yin deficiency,and combined with five secondary syndrome types such as restlessness of the mind,liver qi stagnation,heat from qi stagnation,heat from blood stasis,and obstruction of the meridians.The clinical efficacy is significant.Combined with an clinical case,this article introduces professor HENG's above-mentioned academic thoughts on the treatment of hyperthyroidism.
