崔景林治神调脏针刺思想探析

摘要
"神之所病,百病之始",治病必先调神.脑为元神之府,是神气的本源,气血经络活动的主宰.崔景林在临床中常采用三棱针头部刺络放血,崔氏银针针刺风府、风池及第5、4夹脊穴(心俞、厥阴俞),调神醒脑、活血通经.夹脊穴可调理脏腑、疏通经脉,调神后使用崔氏银针针刺夹脊穴:疏风解表通二便,使邪有出路;辨证论治调脏腑,使脏腑功能趋于正常.治神调脏使神安脏和,阴平阳秘,病安从生.
Abstract
'When the spirit is ill,it is the beginning of all diseases';to treat illness,one must first adjust the spirit.'The brain is the abode of the primal spirit',the source of spirit,and the master of the activities of qi,blood,and meridians.CUI Jinglin often uses triangular needles for bloodletting at the head's collaterals in clinical practice and CUIs'silver needle acupuncture at Fengfu(GV 16),Fengchi(GB 20),and the 5th and 4th spine points[Xinshu(BL 15),Jueyinshu(BL 14)]to adjust the spirit,wake the mind,invigorate the blood,and clear the meridians.The spine points can regulate the zang organs and dredg meridian.After adjusting the spirit,using CUIs'silver needle acupuncture on spine points can dispel wind,clear the exterior,facilitate bowel movements,and provide an exit for pathogenic factors;differential diagnosis and treatment can regulate the zang organs,leading to normal functions of zang organs.Treating the spirit and regulating the zang organs bring harmony to the spirit and the zang organs,balance between yin and yang,and foster a state where illnesses can be overcome with ease.
