Clinical application of'yang transforming qi and yin forming'
This paper summarizes professor ZHANG Jie's understanding of the theory of'yang transforming qi and yin forming'in the theory of Suwen·Yinyang Yingxiang Dalun,and summarizes his experience of using this theory to distinguish and treat miscellaneous diseases in internal medicine.Professor ZHANG believed that the organic unity and dynamic balance of'yang transforming qi'and'yin forming'constituted the form and spirit of the human body and maintained the normal physiological function of the human body.The dysfunction of'yang transforming qi,yin forming'is the mechanism of the disease.Based on this,the pathological views of'yang qi is based on emphasizing spleen and yang''attaching importance to the gasification of yang is more important than connecting''yin condensing things gradually formed''yang qi is gradually insufficient'are put forward.According to the difference of yang deficiency,yang depression and yang transforming qi,the treatment methods of warming yang to promote gasification,promoting yang qi to promote gasification,benefiting yin and yang are adopted respectively.And the concept of'yang transforming qi,yin forming'is used to guide the clinical application.At the end of the paper,three cases of lung nodules,depression and hyperthyroidism are attached.
