Analysis on the research ideas of animal models combining anxiety disorder with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome
In this paper,through summarizing and analyzing the classification,constructon principle,methods,advantages and disadvantages of anxity disorder models commonly used in modern medicine,and the related traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes of anxiety disorder,it is summarized the construction methods and evaluation strategies of the animal models combining anxiety disorder with TCM syndrome.Taking chronic restraint stress-liver depression and qi stagnation anxiety disorder as an example,exploring the research ideas and advantages of the animal models combining anxiety disorder with TCM syndrome from the aspects of model construction principle,modeling method and tool optimization,model evaluation system and model application.Finally,this paper puts forward new prospects for the shortcomings of the current animal models combining anxiety disorder with TCM syndrome,in order to provide ideas for the development of disease-syndrome combination animal models for basic research of traditional Chinese medicine.
