摘要
手法治疗作为中医骨伤科治疗膝关节病筋骨失衡的重要方法,探究其生物力学机制以及对其疗效进行定量化、客观化分析,有助于提高中医骨伤科膝关节病非手术疗法领域地位.目前传统的筋骨辨证分型无法很好与现代解剖、生物力学接轨,导致手法疗效机制阐释不清、筋骨辨证思想无法体现等问题.文章从膝关节的"筋、节、骨"分型入手,整合手法治疗靶点与膝关节的生物力学参数,探讨手法治疗膝关节病的生物力学评价方法.
Abstract
As an important method in the treatment of knee joint diseases in traditional Chinese orthopedics and traumatology,exploring the biomechanical mechanisms of manual therapy and quantifying and objectifying its therapeutic effects can enhance the status of non-surgical treatments within the field.Currently,traditional differentiation of tendon-bone syndromes does not correspond to modem anatomy and biomechanics,which leading to unclear explanations of the mechanisms of manual therapy and the inability to reflect the philosophy of tendon-bone differentiation.This paper starts with the'tendon,joint,bone'differentiation of knee joint,integrates the targets of manual therapy with the biomechanical parameters and discusses the biomechanical evaluation methods of manual therapy for knee joint diseases.
